国际学术研讨会一号通知
First Call for Papers
The 3rd International Conference on International Chinese Education under the Belt and Road Initiative
（该会议被纳入世界汉语教学学会“2020年全球中文教育主题学术活动资助计划”）
“‘一带一路’背景下的汉语国际教育”国际研讨会已在上海大学成功召开两届。新形势下，汉语国际教育如何为“一带一路”服务，如何发挥其在人类命运共同体构建中的作用，如何促进“一带一路”沿线国家国际中文教育事业的发展，中文教学如何为当地经济社会发展服务等关键问题亟待回答。在此背景下，第三届“‘一带一路’背景下的汉语国际教育”国际学术研讨会将于2021年6月18-20日在上海大学举行，现将相关事宜通知如下：

02会议主题与议题
会议主题：汉语国际教育服务“一带一路”的新形势、新问题、新方案
会议包括但不限于以下议题：
（一）学科建设与教学
1.“一带一路”沿线国家中文教学研究；
2.汉语国际教育专业建设与发展研究；
3.国际中文教育发展的机遇与挑战；
（二）学生与教师发展
1.汉语国际教育专业学生发展的机遇与挑战；
2.汉语国际教育教师发展的机遇与挑战；
3.国际中文教育本土师资培养及培训研究；
（三）文化交流与孔院建设
1.孔子学院中文教育现状与对策研究；
2.孔子学院的文化传播功能研究；
3.“一带一路”背景下汉语传播与跨文化交际研究。
03会议语言及参会者
会议语言为中英双语，热忱欢迎“一带一路”国家汉语教育的教学、汉语国际教育专业建设、国际中文教育事业等领域的相关专家学者、教师及学生踊跃参会。
此外，会议还专设“微课教学专题研讨工作坊”、“来华留学生招生、管理工作坊”，工作坊具体安排另行发布。

05论文要求
1. 论文评审
为了提高学术质量，本届会议设立论文审核制度，敬请有意参会的学者按照会议规定时间提交论文全文或详细摘要，会务组将组织评委会匿名评审，对通过的论文摘要或全文，发放会议邀请。会议将出版论文集，会议论文将择优选入。
2. 摘要与论文要求、提交方式
会议论文为中英双语，请提交论文摘要或全文的电子版。标题请用三号宋体，正文用五号宋体，作者姓名为五号宋体并置于标题下方居中。论文全文10,000字以内，详细摘要800字以内。文末请注明作者所在单位、详细通讯地址、邮编、联系方式、电子邮箱。另外，不愿意论文入选论文集者请在标题后注明。
06会议费用
本届会议会务费1000元/人；在读学生凭证减半。往返交通、食宿等费用自理。如需会务费发票，请按时间截点将发票抬头告知会务组。

Scholars, researchers, teachers and students in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, Subject of International Chinese Education etc., and those who are interested in the related topics.
Language
The official language of the conference is Chinese and English.
Paper Submission
Please submit the registration information (as attached below) and the entire paper or abstract according to the schedule (important dates as follows). Papers submitted would be anonymously reviewed by an academic committee, and the approved papers will be collected into the conference proceedings. Please indicate in the Registration Form if you do not want your paper to be collected into the proceedings.
